COVID-19 Update.
Newcomers and families are welcome at our events but due to social distancing requirements we may not be able to provide as much one to one guidance as we would normally do. All competitors must agree to abide by the Participant Code of Conduct issued by British Orienteering. This document can be viewed here.

SHERWOOD FOREST - Sunday 30 January 2022

The Midlands Championships and the UK Armed Forces Interservice Championships. This is a UK Orienteering League (UKOL) event.

The course area extends across historic deciduous woodland, modern forestry plantations, and open heathland.

Entry fees are £14 adult, £6 junior. A reduced adult fee of £8 is charged for the introductory courses (Orange, Yellow and White). There are fee discounts for volunteer helpers, family groups and full-time students.

Championship course entries will not be accepted after midnight on Sunday 23 January. Entries for colour-coded courses will be accepted after this date but this will be subject to availability of printed maps.

A regional event in the East Midlands League and the Lincoln Orienteering Group (LOG) championships. Results are available.

BRIERLEY FOREST PARK - Sunday 7 November 2021

A local event. Mixed woodland and open areas in this park situated on the western edge of Sutton-in-Ashfield close to the junction of the M1 and A38. Results are available.

RUSHCLIFFE COUNTRY PARK - Sunday 24 October 2021

A local event in this attractive country park situated to the south of Nottingham. Results are available.

CLIFTON, NOTTINGHAM - Sunday 12 September 2021

The East Midlands Sprint Championships. Sprint orienteering in complex areas with careful navigation needed to identify the optimum routes. Two races.

Race 1: Angell Green Park, Clifton.
Race 2: Clifton Campus, Nottingham Trent University (NTU).

HIGHFIELDS PARK AND UNIVERSITY EAST - Sunday 11 July 2021

A local event in parkland and the eastern part of the main University of Nottingham campus. A mix of open areas with good visibility and complex buildings where route choice needs careful thought. Results are available.

BURNTSTUMP COUNTRY PARK - Sunday 13 June 2021

Parkland surrounded by mixed woodland with some steep slopes. The country park is a short distance to the north of Nottingham adjacent to the A60. Results are available.

BULWELL HALL PARK - Sunday 16 May 2021

A local event in undulating parkland on the northern edge of Nottingham. Results are available.
